Since Tecsys’ humble beginnings in 1983, co-founders Peter and Dave Brereton and their team overcame a host of challenges brought on by a major recession, the burst of the dotcom bubble, and increasing customer needs by making inroads into new market segments. Over the years, they established Tecsys’ leadership in specialized sectors like electrical distribution, heavy machinery and healthcare supply chains. This visionary approach has led to the company offering one of the most comprehensive solutions available in the market.

What is the interview process at Tecsys?
At Tecsys, we believe every candidate has a unique story to share. We are committed to creating a transparent and enriching interview process where you get as much from us as we do from you. Depending on the specific role, candidates can expect up to four interviews before a hiring decision is made.
Are employees required to work from the office?
No. We are a digital-first organization that brings our employees together from time to time for purposeful meetings, events and other gatherings.
Where are Tecsys’ offices located?
We are a digital-first organization with offices in Montreal, and co-working spaces in the Greater Toronto Area and Chicago.
Can I still apply even if I don’t meet the experience and/or academic criteria?
We are always on the lookout for talented individuals. We invite you to submit an application even if you do not meet all criteria.
