As a result, decisions on supply chain execution solutions are difficult. Immediate needs for improvements in both execution quality and operating costs drive short term actions. This session will cover what you need to know before your operation changes whether expanding/shrinking, centralizing/de-centralizing, internal or 3PL-centric. Learn what critical considerations to include in today's decisions. What options are available for you today? What trade-offs you may be forced to consider. What happens if you guess inaccurately? Walk away with an increased awareness of actions to take today with your Supply Chain Execution systems to be prepared for the future before it arrives.
